Laguna Pizza & Ice Cream

I loved the pizza, I didn't like the ice cream, and I hated it when the owner of the establishment purposely put €2 more on the bill. As I walked to the car I realized this mistake and so I went back to resolve the situation(I had the feeling that it had been purposeful, as I have already dealt with similar situations). Even before explaining the situation, the owner already walked away and ignored me, sent the employee to resolve the situation, to which they both laughed the entire time and behaved as if they had already knew what the problem was. That’s not the way you should treat your clients, even worse, foreigner tourists that don’t speak your language and are visiting your country.
